These are the best chocolate chip cookie bars I've ever eaten, if I do say so myself. A soft and melty cookie layer accompanied by a crunchy, salty pretzel crust. Mmhmm. As you guy probably know, I'm not a huge one for sweets. But every once in a while it's worth it to splurge. These Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars with a Salty Pretzel Crust are definitely worth it.
