Ingredients

  • 1/3-1/2 banana sliced and frozen,
  • 1/2 cup cooked and pureed greens frozen in an ice cube tray,
  • 1 cup whole milk preferably grass-fed/organic,
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream preferably grass-fed/organic,
  • 2 scoops grass-fed collagen peptides
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
